What is the problem?

People with severe disabilities need assistance from the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation to obtain employment. However, funding shortages in the past reduced the number of people served.

How can it be fixed?

Invest enough state dollars in the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation to obtain the maximum number of federal dollars possible.
