- More and more businesses in Dane county are taking advantage of school to work programs from the Madison Metropolitan School District. The story illustrates the successful partnership between business owners, Madison schools, and students with disabilities. Business owners benefit from the partnership by obtaining loyal, dependable employees, which helps their businesses run more efficiently. With the assistance of district staff, students receive the support they need to be successful when they leave high school to live and work in the community.
